Job Description
We are seeking a Salesforce Program Manager to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of work experience in IT Project implementation, 5 years of leading Agile methodology projects, and 3+ years of experience in end-to-end Salesforce.com implementation projects.
Requirements
- 12+ Years of work experience in IT Project implementation
- 5 Years of leading Agile methodology projects
- 3+ Years working on end-to-end Salesforce.com Implementation Projects with at least 3+ Years managing and understanding of general Salesforce.com standard functionality and features (Sales, Services and Marketing), Apex Programming and Force.com Capabilities
- Experience managing enterprise level accounts (50+ headcount and $1.5M+) as a program manager
- Experience managing both TnM and Fixed Price Projects
- Ability to manage the P&L of any program keeping a close eye on margin
- Strong risk identification and mitigation strategies
