Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and manage Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects.

Requirements

• 6+ years of overall project management experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Salesforce projects
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall delivery models
• Proficiency in project planning, estimation, and tracking tools (JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
• Excellent client communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to handle escalated projects and high-pressure environments
