Job Description
NiCE is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to focus on supporting expansion and growth within their Livevox Platform. The role involves developing and implementing engineering projects for infrastructure and production systems, optimizing operations and eliminating work through automation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have strong skills in both technical and operational areas.
Requirements
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in Development, Quality Assurance and Production environments
- Build creative engineering solutions to operations and infrastructure problems, focusing on optimizing existing systems, building infrastructure, and eliminating work through automation
- Implement strategies and plans to increase service reliability
- Work with engineering teams on observability topics throughout the software development lifecycle
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- 2+ years’ experience with scripting, e.g., shell, python
- 2+ years’ experience with configuration management and automation
- Experience working with large network and systems infrastructure
- Ability to respond to critical needs or outages 24x7
