Senior Commercial Counsel

NiCE is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to join its Americas Legal team, supporting high-value commercial and technology transactions. The role requires a strategic and commercial mindset, excellent negotiation and drafting skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree, strong experience in SaaS and technology transactions, and a deep understanding of data privacy and cybersecurity law.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor with strong academic credentials and an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of legal experience, with substantial experience supporting SaaS, cloud computing, and enterprise software transactions primarily on the vendor side
• Demonstrated experience drafting, negotiating, and advising on complex SaaS and technology agreements
• Strong working knowledge of data privacy, cybersecurity, and intellectual property law
• Prior in-house legal experience supporting a commercial or technology-driven business environment
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and sound judgment
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to build effective working relationships across functions, regions, and cultures
