Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager is a pivotal role within the R&D organization, responsible for driving governance, process excellence, and strategic initiatives. This person leads cross-suite integration programs, spearheads AI tools adoption, and owns quality and performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in program or project management within a software development environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a key SDLC role — QA, engineering, or release management.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional, cross-suite, or multi-team integration programs.
• Solid understanding of software quality processes: test planning, defect lifecycle, regression, UAT, and release readiness.
• Functional expertise in Agile/Scrum; Scrum Master experience strongly preferred.
• Experience driving technology or tooling adoption programs within an engineering organization.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Strong communication skills — able to tailor updates for engineers, QA leads, and executive stakeholders alike.
