Senior Software Engineer

NiCE is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build next-generation Workforce Management platform using AI-powered capabilities. The role involves full-stack feature development, AI agent orchestration, and innovative feature delivery.

Requirements

• Computer Science B.Sc./BE/Beng with GPA of at least 85
• At least 5 years of software engineering experience
• AI-augmented development, including MCP servers
• Good understanding of OOP and OOD concepts
• Self-motivated, accountable, quick learner and team player
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent English
