Senior Software Engineer

NiCE is looking for a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to join their group and design and develop large-scale, cloud-native systems that power the global NiCE CXone platform.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent
• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• Demonstrable daily use of AI coding assistants (Copilot, Claude Code)
• Strong hands-on experience in Java / Type Script
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS \ Azure)
• Strong understanding of software design principles and distributed systems
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
