Job Description
NiCE is looking for talented Senior Java Software Engineers to join its Cloud Analytics Infrastructure group. The role involves designing and developing large-scale, AWS-based systems that power the global NiCE CXone cloud platform.
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years in cloud development
- 5+ years in JAVA
- Strong software design skills, debugging capabilities, and problem-solving strengths
- Excellent written and spoken English
- AI & Automation experience
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code
- Deep familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, or automation frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to design and ship AI-driven solutions end-to-end
