Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Data Repositories team, part of the Actimize NXT Gen PaaS/SaaS engineering group. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and build core backend services and data infrastructure powering Actimize’s cloud native financial crime solutions.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer Science or equivalent
• 6+ years of experience with Java or similar JVM/OOP languages
• Strong experience with AWS services (e.g., DynamoDB, EKS, IAM, S3, Lambda)
• Solid understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and building complex distributed systems
• Handson experience with relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, etc.)
• Practical experience building and maintaining production cloud services
