Senior Software Engineer -AI

NiCE is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - AI to lead AI-centric Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Pilots in the APAC region. The role involves designing, building, and demonstrating AI-powered solutions, translating complex technical capabilities into tangible business value for customers across APAC. The successful candidate will work hands-on to design, build, and demonstrate AI-powered solutions, with a special focus on Agentic AI solutions that push the boundaries of what is possible with intelligent automation and large language models.

Requirements

• Design and build Agentic AI proofs of concept
• Architect and develop end-to-end Agentic AI solutions
• Prototype rapidly
• Develop and integrate APIs, webhooks, and microservices connecting LLMs and AI models to enterprise platforms and CX workflows
• Build and maintain reusable AI accelerator assets, code templates, and demo environments for the extended APAC team
