Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software industries
• Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical challenges
• Strong capability to align technical solutions with business objectives
• Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
