Senior Specialist Software Architect, Actimize (JAVA, AWS)

We're looking for a Senior Specialist Software Architect to provide technical leadership across development teams in one or more functional areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful implementation of key deliverables to ensure high availability, scalability, serviceability, and supportability.

Requirements

• 12-16 years of software development experience
• About 3 years’ experience as an architect for AWS Cloud-SaaS-multi tenant applications
• Experience designing multi-tiered service-oriented applications and microservices, REST, Event Driven Architecture
• Development experience with Web development technologies (JS, HTML5, CSS3, Vue/Angular/React/Polymer)
• Development experience with Java and Spring family of frameworks
• Working Knowledge of design patterns, methodologies and architectural styles
• Experience in database design, Data APIs, Batches/Big Data
• Experience with databases like Oracle, Postgres, MS-SQL
• Experience with Containerization Services like Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with Kafka, Rabbit MQ
• Experience with AI/ML development or usage will be a big plus
• Experience with NoSQL DBs will be an advantage.
• Development experience of securing all tries of the application.
• Exposure to Performance Engineering, Cloud SLA, Availability, resiliency will be a plus
• Experience of APM tools like Datadog or Dynatrace will be an advantage
• Technically Savvy, Influencer and Learner
• Experience using Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and Test Automation
