Tech Manager, Software Engineer, Actimize (DevOps)

NiCE is seeking a Technical Manager to join the Actimize professional services team at Global Talent Center in Pune, India. The role involves managing a team's delivery to a successful release, ensuring best quality engineering practices, and facilitating team member growth objectives.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software development
• Resource management experience
• 3+ years leading a high performing development team
• Exposure to onsite / offshore working model
• Senior Stakeholder management
• Experience in high performance, highly available and scalable system
• Experience in installation, customization and configuration of complex SAAS hosted software product
• Experienced with private and public cloud infrastructures and technologies
• Proficient in Database concepts and hands on experience working on Oracle/ SQL server, Postgres
• Well aware of Unix / Linux and basic Shell scripting
• Understanding of standard deployment practices and basic understanding of industry standard tools
• Professional services experience is plus
• Compliance / Banking domain knowledge and/or exposure to AML/ IFM / financial market compliance is plus
