Job Description
We are seeking a Project Administrator who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for supporting project success. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of software tools like Microsoft Word and Excel, a knack for numbers, and initiative and self-starting abilities.
Requirements
- Collaborate with Project Managers to provide administrative support
- Utilize accounting and/or bookkeeping background to verify project contracts and finances
- Track scope, budgets, and schedules of subconsultants
- Oversee the maintenance of project files and historical data
- Manage communication with clients, governmental agencies, and other organizations
- Assist with management of project deliverable timelines and budgets
- Proofread documents and edit technical project documents and marketing materials
- Assist in the preparation of proposals to secure new projects
- Establish and maintain organized files and record-keeping systems
- Obtain and compile data for various studies and reports
