Job Description
Nidec is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel - Renewables to provide support to the company's Conversion Division on legal matters related to the renewable market.
Requirements
- Law degree (J.D. or equivalent) from an ABA-accredited law school, ranking in the Top 50% of graduating class.
- License to practice law in a minimum of one state (preferably, Missouri or Ohio).
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in drafting and negotiating renewable commercial contracts with a law firm or in-house legal department.
