Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide technical support to customers via email, phone, or other methods. The successful candidate will have a strong background in related fields, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Associate degree or High School Diploma
• 2-5 years of call center or data center experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently, self-starter, attention to detail, high sense of urgency
