The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the adoption of a new service model, building effective relationships with clients, and managing daily servicing and enquiries related to analytical questions.

- Building effective relationships with client representatives
- Managing daily servicing and enquiries related to analytical questions
- Being available for client calls and meetings related to current market and industry trends
- Engaging with clients to drive satisfaction with additional analytical materials
- Assisting in planning and production of local analytical materials
- Working with other teams and supporting them with information about client market performance
- Being an expert in NIQ products, methodology and FMCG industry trends
- Strong professional communication skills
