The Household Panel department is a strategic growth field for NielsenIQ, and the company is looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to manage customer relationships, lead presentations, and increase customer loyalty and profitable sales. The position involves developing sales for assigned customers, building existing customer contracts, and acquiring additional sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in the market research field, FMCG sector, or industry in marketing, sales, or consulting, with outstanding customer orientation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the market research field in the FMCG sector or in a line function of the industry in marketing, sales or consulting.
- Ideally, first experiences with consumer panel questions & solutions.
- Higher education.
- Outstanding customer orientation and communication/präsentations skills.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Negotiation-secure German language skills.
- Fluent English skills.
- Good customer knowledge and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and news.
- High level of personal responsibility and ability to work with other employees in a virtual environment.
- Customer orientation and strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good consultative sales and influencing skills.
