Job Description
NIKE, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join their team in Wolfsburg, Germany. The successful candidate will work with the Head Coach to create a unique shopping experience for customers, coordinate and support a diverse team, and manage tools and operational processes to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- 4 years or more experience in retail
- Several years of successful experience in leadership positions
- Secure handling of Retail KPI
- Verhandlungssicherer German and English (in writing and speech)
- Extensive experience and competence to provide a unique customer service
- Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders on site and remotely
- Ability to work independently and solution-oriented
- Talent to build, develop, and promote a strong team
