Job Description
We're looking for an Assistant Head Coach to join our retail team at NIKE, Inc. As an Assistant Head Coach, you'll work with the Head Coach to ensure a unique shopping experience for customers, coordinate a diverse team, and manage tools and operational processes to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- 4 years or more experience in retail and/or leadership positions
- Negotiation-proof German and English (spoken and written)
- Comprehensive experience and competence in providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and solution-oriented
- Ability to build, develop, and promote a strong team
