We're looking for a Store Manager (Head Coach) to create a unique shopping experience for customers and lead a diverse team in our Brunnthal store. As the Head Coach, you'll manage store budgets, implement Nike strategies, and provide insights to optimize the store's positioning in the local market.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in retail and/or leadership positions
• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
• Extensive experience and competence in offering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
• Independent and solution-oriented work style
• Talent to build, develop, and strengthen a strong team
• Willingness to work on weekends and in shifts
