The Senior Principal, Organizational Development will lead critical operating model and organizational effectiveness initiatives in Nike's Operate & Enable functions. The individual will serve as a trusted advisor to senior Business HR Partners and business leaders, driving complex system design, org assessment, culture activation, and large-scale transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership/Organizational Development or related field
- 10–15+ years of OD or transformation consulting experience
- Deep expertise in org transformation, shared services, capability centers, and service‐delivery model design
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills across complex, matrixed organizations
- Advanced consulting capabilities in strategic alignment, org diagnostics, system design, facilitation, conflict navigation, and executive communication
- Experience scaling transformation across geographies and markets, bringing strong business acumen and systems thinking
