Support sales development and deliver an exceptional customer experience as an IVS Sales Support Specialist. Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Dealer Partners to penetrate target accounts and develop 2-week call plans.
Requirements
- Plan and partner with Regional Sales Managers and Dealer Partners to penetrate target accounts and develop 2-week call plans
- Develop and launch inside sales campaigns, develop cold call lists, complete cold calls and pass along qualified leads
- Check in with customers post-sale at the 3, 6, and 12-month marks and schedule 40 Point Inspections for Regional Sales Managers
- Update and manage customer records, generate customer quotes and convert project surveys into opportunities and formal quotes
- Facilitate new account setup and complete missing po forms, review performance reporting and take action to solve customer challenges
