NinjaTrader is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Director of Partnerships to lead the growth and development of our NT Connect partner ecosystem. As a key player in our company, you will own partnership strategy and execution end-to-end, operating at the intersection of strategy, sales, and execution in a fast-moving, build-stage environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, and/or sales within B2B fintech or brokerage
- Deep understanding of the futures industry, FCM operations, and the Introducing Broker model preferred
- Demonstrated success sourcing, negotiating, and scaling complex B2B partnerships
- Commercial mindset with the ability to craft compelling, differentiated value propositions for diverse partner profiles
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage at the C-Suite level and simplify complex topics for new entrants
- Data-driven operator with experience owning KPIs, forecasting, and executive-level reporting
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building new programs, processes, and partnerships from the ground up
- Experience operating within a fast-paced, early-stage startup or business unit is a strong plus
