Sales Support Executive

We are currently recruiting for Sales Support Executives to support our largest and highest profile customers with all matters relating to orders. The role involves a 2 week induction and gradual introduction to the different aspects of the role. The ideal candidate will have great customer service approach, strong IT skills, and good written communication skills.

Requirements

• Provide quotes and orders on request
• Contribute to the achievement of revenue and margin targets
• Source non stocked products for customers
• Answer inbound calls from stakeholders and offer a one stop resolution
