We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Administrator to join our team on a Part Time base! This role will be based at our Avonmouth office and will involve taking ownership for allocated accounts, working with a collaborative team, and providing best-in-class service to customers.
Requirements
- Act as the first point of contact for our customers, taking responsibility for processing each call or QMS through to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Oversee the day-to-day service calls and liaise with customers and engineers.
- Utilise service management software including Asolvi Service Centre and Outlook.
- Manage a set of allocated accounts to ensure delivery of best-in-class service.
- Raise, investigate, and resolve invoices and invoice disputes.
- Undertake additional Service activities as requested by the Service Team Leader.
