Job Description
The Electric Technical Trainer plans, prepares and delivers training programs to meet the development needs of the employees. Provides quality, timely and innovative training curriculum, including but not limited to: safety and applications along with training within Electric Field Operations job classifications.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in electric industry and background in training within a related utility, skilled trades, emergency response community, or in training military personnel
- Experience delivering effective technical training & evaluation programs
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of PC applications/skills
- Knowledge of maintenance and operating procedures and processes used in the programs assigned
- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Valid driver's license
- Working knowledge of PC applications/skills (PST, LMS, Onboard, WMS, MDTs, etc.)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent field experience
- other technical related certifications
