Account Executive

Nitra is building a more efficient healthcare system through fintech and software solutions for doctors. They are seeking an Account Executive in either the DC or NYC area for a 100% in-person role. The Account Executive will identify and qualify leads, initiate conversations with potential clients through cold calling, and expand the customer base. The position offers a base salary with equity and commission potential, providing a chance to gain experience and contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cold calling potential clients/customers to generate leads and initiate sales conversations.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, with a demonstrated ability to effectively engage in cold calling activities and drive lead conversion and sales growth.
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident and professional demeanor.
• Self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and a desire to learn about the industry.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
