We are seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead and guide our people strategy while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience.
- 10+ years of experience in employee relations and labor relations.
- 7+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- AEC Industry experience a plus.
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred.
