Senior Director, Human Resources – Global HR Business Partner

Nium is a global infrastructure company powering real-time cross-border payments. The Senior Director, Human Resources will lead and manage the Global HR Business Partner (HRBP) team, serving as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders across multiple international markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant time in senior HR leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading global HRBP teams across multiple regions, including the US, India, Singapore, Japan, Malta, Hong Kong, Lithuania, Australia, Netherlands and the UK.
• Strong knowledge of international employment laws, labour practices, and cultural dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels in a fast-paced, global organization.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
