Senior Legal Counsel II

Nium, the global leader in real-time, cross-border payments, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel II to lead corporate governance matters for its international subsidiaries and provide support for its parent company governance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant corporate experience at a major law firm and/or in-house experience
• A combination of both in-house and law firm practice experience is preferred
• Familiarity with corporate governance requirements
• Excellent research and writing skills and project management ability
• Ability to be the primary in-house attorney on certain corporate projects
