Insurance Specialist - Personal Lines

The Insurance Specialist is responsible for accurately underwriting Personal Lines risks and providing support to internal customers on complex matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or pursuing a degree) in Risk Management and Insurance or 18 months experience as an NJM Licensed Account Representative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective conflict resolution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
