The onsite Human Resources Manager partners with Operations leaders to deliver full-scope HR support across the employee lifecycle and supervises Operations HR team members. The position requires a strong expertise in employee relations and talent acquisition, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Manager role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Current HR certification is preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the high-tech industry
- HRIS systems understanding and experience
- Excellent organizational, attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to establish relationships while maintaining a neutral and unbiased stance
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices, with the ability to turn that knowledge into practical action
- Strong analytical and systems ability
- Experience with HRIS systems, HR metrics or dashboards
- Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including excellent communication and facilitation skills
