NALS Apartment Homes is a national Real Estate Investment Firm seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at La Mirage Apartment Homes in Albuquerque, NM. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in multifamily maintenance and possess excellent management and communication skills.
Requirements
- Valid driver license, along with current auto insurance
- EPA Certification
- HVAC Certification
- Excellent management, training, and motivational skills
- Ability to deal with property management, vendors, and team members in a professional way
