Job Description
NALS Apartment Homes is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with painting experience to join their team at The Arbors at Breckinridge Apartment Homes. The role involves performing maintenance tasks, responding to after-hour calls, and maintaining property grounds. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of painting experience, skills relating to all building systems, and knowledge of plumbing, pool and spa maintenance, and appliance repair.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of painting experience
- Skills relating to all building systems
- Knowledge and understanding of the unit turn process
- Knowledge in plumbing and pool and spa
- Familiar with appliance repair, electrical repairs, and basic roofing repairs
Benefits
- $20 - $23 an hour
- $150 per week on-call coverage pay
