Job Description
We are looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team at Glen Park Apartment Homes. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of multifamily maintenance experience and possess skills relating to all building systems, including plumbing, pool and spa maintenance, and appliance repair.
Requirements
- Minimum 1- 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience
- HVAC certification preferred
- Painting experience
- Valid driver license and current auto insurance may be required
Benefits
- Starting compensation: $20 - $28 an hour (DOE)
- $150 per week on-call coverage pay
- Plus, $35 per call-out performed
