Maintenance Technician

NALS Apartment Homes seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team at Centennial at 5th Apartments. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks, responding to service requests, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the property.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience
• Painting experience
• Skills relating to all building systems
• Knowledge and understanding of the unit turn process
• Knowledge in plumbing and pool and spa
• Familiar with appliance repair, electrical repairs, and basic roofing repairs
• Valid driver license and current auto insurance may be required

• Starting compensation: $20 - $21 an hour
