Job Description
NALS Apartment Homes seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team at Sky Harbor Apartments. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience and a valid driver license. Responsibilities include performing maintenance tasks, responding to emergencies, and maintaining property grounds and equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience
- Previous painting experience preferred
- Valid driver license and current auto insurance may be required
Benefits
- $24 - $25 an hour starting compensation
