Associate Student Counsel

NMIMS Centre for Distance & Online Education is seeking an Associate Student Counsel to provide administrative support, assist with pre-sale and post-sale processes, and manage student records within the Sales department. The role involves handling walks-in inquiries, counselling new and existing students, and coordinating with ICs for admission related documentation. They work to enhance Sales team's effectiveness.

Requirements

• Graduate degree
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of work experience as a counsellor or front desk executive
• Good written and verbal communication, analytical skills, and active listening skills
• Knowledge of local language
• Knowledge of computers/office software for communication and report preparation
