Associate Student Services

This is a critical role within the Sales team focused on driving admissions for AEPs and ensuring seamless service for students. The Associate Student Services role requires local travel, coordination with AEPs, student onboarding, and service requests management. The role is designed to be individual contributor with strong communication and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Liaison with AEP for sales and support.
• Manage service requests and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide training to AEPs on student services.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Manage student documentation and SLAs.
• Track and analyze CRM and LMS data.
• Achieve sales targets.
