Principal R&D Engineer - Endoscopes

Noah Medical is building the future of medical robotics and is seeking a Principal R&D Engineer - Endoscopes to lead the architecture, design, and development of next-generation flexible robotic endoscopes and endoluminal instruments. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in flexible endoscopes and a mastery of mechanical first principles, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in product development
• Proven expertise in flexible endoscope design and development
• Strong grasp of mechanical fundamentals
• Hands-on proficiency with CAD, prototyping, and test method development
• Experience with design-for-manufacture techniques
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence technical direction
• Passionate about building products that advance minimally invasive care and improve patient outcomes
