Requirements
- Manage and moderate online community spaces
- Respond to member questions and feedback in a timely and authentic brand voice
- Create regular community content and identify top community members
- Collect community feedback and surface insights to the product and content teams
- Coordinate with the social and support teams to resolve escalated issues
- Monitor community health metrics and report trends weekly
