NoGigiddy is a digital platform that connects gig workers, side hustlers, and earners with real earning opportunities. As Community Manager, you'll manage and moderate the online community, respond to member questions, and create regular community content.
Requirements
- Manage and moderate NoGigiddy's online community spaces
- Respond to member questions, posts, and feedback
- Create regular community content
- Identify and recognize top community members and power users
- Collect community feedback and surface insights to the product and content teams
- Coordinate with the social and support teams to resolve escalated issues
- Monitor community health metrics and report trends weekly
