Job Description
NoGigiddy is a digital platform built for gig workers and side hustlers. We're looking for a Community Manager to moderate and engage with our online community, manage community content, and surface insights to the product and content teams.
Requirements
- Manage and moderate online community spaces
- Respond to member questions and feedback in a timely and authentic brand voice
- Create regular community content
- Identify and recognize top community members
- Collect community feedback and surface insights to the product and content teams
- Coordinate with social and support teams to resolve escalated issues
- Monitor community health metrics
