Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Social Video Creator to join our team, responsible for creating social video content for client accounts, working closely with strategists, and developing strategic thinking and production skills. This is a 60-day contract-to-hire position with the opportunity to transition to a full-time permanent position.
Requirements
- 1-3 years creating social video content
- Comfortable on-camera and able to appear in videos naturally and authentically
- Proficient in Premiere Pro or Final Cut
- Native understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Production fundamentals: Good eye for composition, pacing, hooks, and storytelling
- Coachability: Hungry to learn, open to feedback, committed to improvement
- Reliability: Consistent quality output, meets deadlines, proactive communication
