Marketing Director

We are hiring a Marketing Director to own the end-to-end marketing strategy, execution, and performance across brand, digital, content, CRM, and events.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in marketing within real estate development, including 5+ years in a senior or director-level role
• Proven track record launching and scaling large residential or mixed-use projects from pre-launch to handover
• Deep expertise in performance marketing, media buying, and analytics (CPL, CAC, ROAS)
• Strong brand strategy and creative leadership with a portfolio of major launches or events
• Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and funnel optimization
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing agencies with full budget ownership
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong plus
