Recruitment Specialist

We are hiring a Recruitment Specialist to join a dynamic and growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and closing hires.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
• Minimum 6 months experience
• Experience using ATS systems
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English is a must
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
