The IT Service Owner plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and business continuity of our IT business services ecosystem.
Requirements
- Manage the full lifecycle of business services ecosystem, including product vision, roadmap, and backlog prioritization.
- Ensure business continuity and facilitate governance meetings (BSS) with relevant stakeholders.
- Execute quality assurance and performance monitoring of IT services, adhering to SLAs.
- Support service roadmaps by documenting and validating planned activities and technical releases.
- Manage the execution of technical releases, change management, and service communication.
- Identify and manage dependencies between services and planned changes in other areas.
- Monitor service costs, contribute to cost impact analysis, and actively seek cost-saving measures.
- Approve minor service enhancements and manage service documentation.
- Collaborate with IT suppliers and monitor service license usage and capacity.
- Ensure timely and accurate asset & configuration management (CMDB).
