As a CNS Pre-Sales Solution Consultant at Nokia, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming customer challenges into tailored solutions within our dynamic Cloud and Network Services team in Japan. You'll collaborate closely with C-level technical decision-makers, bringing your expertise to address their operational pain points and align with their long-term technology roadmaps.
Requirements
- Lead technical engagements with customers to assess and address business, operational, and technical challenges.
- Design and document end-to-end solutions that align Nokia and third-party products to meet customer needs.
- Establish and nurture relationships with C-level technical decision-makers to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate internally with Product Managers and System Engineers to align solutions with customer requirements and technology roadmaps.
- Support the sales team by conducting complex technical discussions and presenting E2E solutions to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to guide strategic solution offerings.
- Mentor domain pre-sales specialists and facilitate the transition of sold solutions to delivery teams.
- Ensure compliance with Nokia's sales processes and maintain timely administrative tasks.
