Job Description
NOLA Public Schools seeks an Educational Diagnostician to join the Student Evaluation and Support Services (SESS) Team. The role involves conducting evaluations, facilitating Student Assistance Team processes, explaining assessment findings, implementing interventions, and participating in IEP meetings for children aged 3-22. The position aims to support students' academic, behavioral, and wellness needs.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Education
- At least one year of experience in the certified special education area
- Minimum of three years of experience as an Educational Diagnostician or comparable special education experience
- Valid Louisiana Type A, B, or Level 2 or 3 teaching certification for generic special education
